Phir ghee banate vakta gud aur thoda namak dalana to granules ke saath ghee babata h. Mslai bhi mai simple fridge ne rakhati hun 15 din ke liye. Deep freeze me nahi. Bass ayurved ka socho to ferment karana. Baki Bahot kashta utha liya

Depends on the type of milk purchased. Low fat milk will not give much malai .
